I think zoos do more harm.

They are inevitably confined in unnaturally small spaces, and are kept from the public by cages and bars. They suffer psychological distress, often displayed by abnormal or self-destructive behaviour. Aquatic animals do not have enough water, birds are prevented from flying away by having their wings clipped and being kept in aviaries.

Animals belong in their natural habitat in the wild. It is a breach of their natural rights to take them by force into captivity for our own purposes.

Whatever the good intentions of zoo-keepers, animals in zoos suffer. They are inevitably confined in unnaturally small spaces, and are kept from the public by cages and bars. They suffer psychological distress, often displayed by abnormal or self-destructive behaviour. Aquatic animals do not have enough water, birds are prevented from flying away by having their wings clipped and being kept in aviaries.

animals need the wild.for kids and adults who want to learn about them watch TVA or become an animal explorer go to Africa Australia.and how do you no if the trainers treat them nicely what if they abuse them to get them to listen to them.and every animal that was born or brought to our region get tested on by scientist and half the animals born or brought here die before they get in there environment because of testing.and they don't always give the animals everything they need take the elephant as an example they brake down trees to scratch them selves at zoos i don't see that i see them rolling on the ground itching them selves.and also people throw stuff at the animals and the animals eat the items and choke and they get sick and possibly die.and when scientist come to see the animals most recognized them and go crazy trying to attack them witch goes to stress .once there going crazy the TRAINERS tranquilized them and scientist do more test witch kills more animals.
